The third edition of our Nest Days brought us all together in Zeeland (Holland).
As the Nest got bigger and bigger throughout 2022, those three-days on the Dutch coast were a great opportunity for Ellion's Nest to spend quality time together and get in touch with each other.
From gripping workshops about valorizing our members' work and ESG, to swinging Jenga or ping-pong plays and awesome walks on the beach, we are glad to have discover more skills or interests from each one of us.
This special moment ended on a wonderful conversation in Oesterdam about Ellion's vision of Holacracy, and what each one of our Nest members expected to improve it.
